All sections are FIDE & CFC Rated Under 2200 (2200 - FIDE rating & 1900+ CFC rating) Under 1900 (1900 - FIDE & CFC ratings) Under 1600 (1600 - FIDE & CFC ratings) + Unrated Players Play Up allowed if within 100 rating points, $20 extra fee 1/2-point bye is allowed in the 4th and last round if requested before round 1 Two 1/2-point byes maximum.
